GPS Rangefinders
Most of the GPS suppliers have confirmed that they have now loaded the new course into their systems. Users probably need to update devices. Advise by email if your system does not update with the new course and we will try to chase a supplier for you.
Speed of Play
Please adopt the practice of ‘Ready Golf’. If two have completed putting they should proceed ahead to the next tee. Mark cards after you have driven rather than before if you are first on the tee, Putt with the flag in on the green if you are further away from the hole than someone just off the green who is closer. Remember it’s only three minutes to look for a lost ball. The aim is to be no more than ‘4 in 4’ – a four ball should be round in 4 hours.
Course Care
Please follow signs directing golf carts away from the fronts of greens. We have on-going evidence of some members driving carts to the edge of greens.
